How I found Blogspot + Leopard Eyes
When I first started applying eye shadows, I only saw inspirational pictures & experimented a few times just at home. I never wore eye shadow out cause I didn't wanna look like I have a lot of makeup on. Then one day I was visiting family friends & out of boredom I decided to give the girls a makeover. The girls had these really pigmented eye shadows by Prestige Cosmetics & the best part is that the eye shadows showed up really well on me too! I fell in love with them instantly because most eye shadows that I used to buy back then would hardly show up on me.After a few days while I was browsing online, I remembered the eye shadows, so I searched for Prestige cosmetics/eyeshadows/or-whatever-I-typed-in-Google-or-YouTube-search-back-then. The search led me to a leopard print eye makeup tutorial on YouTube. That's when I first discovered the vast amount of eye shadow tutorials on YouTube & I started watching them. I ended up watching Vanessa's (NessasaryMakeup) video on How to Contour & Apply Blush (I was interested in the applying blush part). & from Vanessa's video, I found Blogger :D
My first look after watching makeup videos on YouTube was the leopard print eyes. I was so mesmerized by the way it had turned out in the vid, that I had to try it on for myself.

I usually used to do just one eye while experimenting back then. At times I used to try different looks on both eyes.. hehehe

I cropped the pic, but the date on the original pic is December 30, 2007. I think I wanna try this look once again. This time I'll make sure that the leopard spots show when my eyes are open! Haha :)
Not bad for my first try though, especially since I just started getting into eye shadows & applying them at home to experiment. What do you think?
